Meet Chef Miranda

I picked up a knife before most kids picked up a pencil; all thanks to a mix of fearless parenting and Food Network marathons. Since 2016, I’ve been working in professional kitchens, learning from the diverse worlds of pizza shops, fine dining, hotels, and even retirement homes. Along the way, I became a personal private chef , which led me to branch out  and here I found Chef instructing. Each step has shaped my cooking style and reaffirmed my passion for feeding others.

From Provence to Your Plate

I am the owner and chef behind Koto Ga Dekiru, a private chef and culinary experience company built around creativity, nutrition, and the belief that food should never feel limiting. Based in Seattle, I bring a mix of technical skill, global inspiration, and unapologetic personality into every kitchen I step into.

With a background in business administration and nutrition, I specialize in elevated meal preparation, in-home dining experiences, cooking education, and deeply personalized menus designed around the people I cook for. My cooking style blends comfort, flavor, humor, and intention. I am rooted in ethical sourcing, farm-to-table values, and the idea that good food has the power to connect and heal. I approach cooking with equal parts professionalism and humanity, creating meals and experiences that feel personal, memorable, and genuinely exciting. Through Koto Ga Dekiru, my goal is simple: to showcase possibility — in food, in people, and in what thoughtful cooking can bring to everyday life.
